Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Larkspur Family (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares consumer health data, as defined by Washington’s My Health My Data Act and similar laws in Nevada and Connecticut. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Consumer health data we collect
- Height, weight and body mass index
- Nicotine and substance use, and prior egg donation
- If you complete the detailed application: personal medical, reproductive and mental-health history, medications, and family medical history
- Photos you choose to upload
- Ancestry, which forms part of a donor’s medical and genetic profile
Why we collect it
Only to evaluate you as a potential egg donor, to communicate with you about your application, and, if you choose to proceed, to coordinate medical screening, legal agreements and payment. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Where it comes from
Directly from you, through our application forms and any messages you send us.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that host our website, database and email for us (currently Vercel, Neon and Resend). They process it only on our instructions.
- The fertility clinic, attorneys and escrow agent involved in a donation, only if you choose to proceed and give your separate consent.
- Authorities, where required by law.
We never share consumer health data with advertising platforms such as Meta or Google.
Your rights
You have the right to confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data; to access it and get a list of the third parties and affiliates we have shared it with; to withdraw your consent; and to have it deleted. You won’t be treated differently for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email hello@larkspurfamily.com. We’ll respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our response with “Appeal” in the subject line; we’ll respond to appeals within 45 days, and if you’re not satisfied you may contact the Washington State Attorney General.
