Larkspur Family (“we”, “us”) is a private intended parent seeking an egg donor. This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
When you apply: your contact details, date of birth, location, height and weight, education and test scores, ancestry, basic health and lifestyle information, photos, and anything else you choose to tell us. If you complete the detailed application: personal and family medical history. When you refer someone: your contact details and those you provide for her.
We also record the advertising source that brought you here (for example “instagram”) so we know which ads are working.
Consumer health data
Some of what you share is “consumer health data” under laws such as Washington’s My Health My Data Act and similar laws in Nevada and Connecticut. We collect it only with your consent, and only to evaluate you as a potential egg donor. We do not sell it, and we never share it with advertising platforms. We share health information only (a) with the fertility clinic, attorneys and escrow agent involved in a donation, and only if you choose to proceed, (b) with service providers that host our website, database and email on our behalf and may not use it for anything else, or (c) where required by law.
How we use your information

Cookies & advertising
With your permission, we use the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tag on our informational pages to count visits from each ad. After you submit the short application, our confirmation page tells Meta and Google only that a sign-up occurred. It sends no answers, names, contact details, photos or health information. These tags never load on our application, detailed-application or referral pages, or on their confirmation pages.
Storage & retention
Applications are stored in an encrypted database that only the intended parent and his care team can access. If you’re not selected, we delete your application within 12 months, or sooner on request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing hello@larkspurfamily.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.
