Compensation of up to $200,000 for one completed donation cycle is agreed in writing before any medical steps begin. It compensates your time and commitment, is paid through escrow, and never depends on how many eggs are retrieved or on any personal trait. Not everyone who applies is selected.

Yes. Applications are reviewed only by the intended parent and his care team. We never share your details without your permission. Anonymous, open-ID and known arrangements are all possible — your choice.

After screening, you’ll take hormone injections for about 10–12 days with frequent monitoring appointments, followed by a short outpatient retrieval under sedation. Most donors return to normal activities within a day or two.

Yes. The medications can cause bloating, mood changes and discomfort. A small percentage of donors develop ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), which occasionally needs treatment. The retrieval carries small risks of bleeding, infection and reactions to sedation, and long-term effects are still being studied. The clinic’s physicians will explain every known risk before you sign anything. Complication insurance is provided, and we encourage you to talk it over with your own doctor.

No. We welcome applicants from anywhere in the U.S. Travel, lodging and meals are covered for the part of the cycle that happens at the clinic, and early monitoring can often be done locally.
